It is a piece of lace Ventilated with strands of hair to give a realitic hairline to wigs. They are versatile and have different sizes which we will get into further in this article.
Types of Lace closures and frontals.
- Swiss Lace: This is one of the best types of lace for a wig because it is a fine and thin lace. It is fragile and will be easier to blend into the skin to give a better scalp illusion. The disadvantage here is that, because of it\’s fragility it is less durable and can get ripped easily.
- French Lace: This is a thicker stronger lace. Due to its thickness it is more durable but a little more harder to blend into the skin.
- HD Lace: This is the finnest of them all, but also the most fragile. This literally is almost invisible when well tinted and plucked to match the clients\’ skin tone. Because they are so fine you have to be super careful when installing and removing them. They are the most expensive type of lace.
